Written by the person who made the app. Email support@larderbudget.com and it reaches them directly — but the answer to most of it is below, and reading takes less time than waiting.

How do I cancel Larder Pro?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so they are cancelled in your Apple account rather than in the app: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Larder, then Cancel Subscription. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the period you have already paid for runs out.

I paid before and Pro is not showing. How do I restore it?

Open Larder, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. That asks the App Store for the receipts on your Apple ID and re-enables Pro. If it still does not appear, check that you are signed in to the same Apple ID that bought it — a subscription belongs to the Apple ID, not the device.

I have a new phone. Will my budget come with me?

Yes, if you signed in with Apple. Your plan is kept on your device and backed up to one private record on our server, so signing in with the same Apple ID on the new phone restores it. If you never signed in, the backup belongs to an anonymous account tied to the old device and cannot be moved — sign in with Apple before you switch.

Does Larder connect to my bank?

No. You enter your own amounts and transactions. The current app has no bank login or bank-data aggregator.

How do I delete my data?

Use Settings → Erase everything & start over to clear local budget data and request an empty synced copy. Use Delete account to request deletion of the account and server data. Server deletion needs a network connection; if it fails, the app reports the failure so you can retry. Deleting the app alone removes only its local copy. See the Privacy Policy for provider and retention details.

Something is wrong with a number. What do you need from me?

Email support@larderbudget.com with what you expected, what the app showed, and the pay frequency you have set. Every figure in the app is computed in integer cents from the amounts you entered, so a wrong number is a reproducible bug rather than a rounding opinion, and those specifics are usually enough to find it.

Can I use the calculators without installing anything?

Yes. The biweekly budget calculator, the cash envelope planner and the savings challenge tracker run in the browser, need no account, and use the same arithmetic the app does.
